Here is my suggestion to be successful at being one of the 80 per hour:

Advantage is sponsoring "Get to the Vet", a campaign to encourage us to take our dogs and cats in for preventative care. They will email you a certificate for the vet to fill out. Just submit it with your vet receipt and get $20 back!

Since they are only issuing 80 per hour, I suggest you pre-fill out the form and wait for the top of the hour to roll around. When it does, hit "submit". Good luck!
