A friend of mine picked up a bag of peppermint sticks to give to my horse Red. It was a treat for him since he had moved to a new barn. I decided to take the corgis with me, since it has been a long day, it was very cold and they would enjoy a walk around the new barn. As we were driving to the barn, Tigs got closer and closer to me.
"Awww, he wants to cuddle." NOT! He was doing recon work on the yummy smelling peppermint sticks in my purse that was under my car seat.
I left the corgis in the car while I got Red settled. 10 minutes later and I came back to the car, opened the door and was hit by an overwhelming smell of peppermint! I looked at Tigger who was on on the floor of the car, he looked at me and his mouth was covered in sticky peppermint pieces! AACK! There were 10 peppermint sticks, and only 2 were left! Poor Red barely got any peppermint!
Here is a picture of the peppermint he ate...this time he wasn't so delicate while eating through the plastic.
