You have to be careful where you leave a note like that. The corgi might eat it.

Baron lays in front of his empty food bowl and stares at my husband and then his food bowl, till my husband says "Look at him, he's starving.  You don't feed him enough"

I tell my husband- if they say they haven't been fed, they are lying through their teeth!

Frosty is always convincing my husband that I forgot to feed him.  I keep asking my husband to confirm with me first, but he just feeds him again lol!

Love it! I haven't left a note like this, but it may come in handy. My husband gets home from work before me and some times it will slip his mind to feed Noodles. I'll show up and Noodles runs over to his empty food dish and looks at me. I always double check that he has been fed and some times he hasn't been. Poor guy. Other times he has been feed and just wants more.

Boy is that the truth! Mine were fed twice more than once when our son lived at home.
