Alice, Gromit came from Jean York (Coalbyn Kennel). Jean and Ed were in Herferd, AZ for many years but relocated to California last year. Jean was the breeder of my first two Corgis, Watson & Tinsel.

We've been in North County since 1976; I grew up and went to school in Escondido, and after getting married we bounced around between San Marcos, Escondido and Vista. You are right, it is quite crowded and I worry about my teens learning to drive in this traffic. But it is still really pretty here. Good thing we don't live further north, since Sidney hates the rain!
