Hi - thank you so very much!! He is the most amazing little guy...I am so smitten with him...we're best buds. It is amazing, when I started reading about the cancer, so many things just jumped out at me as common sense regarding diet - I was mad at myself for never questioning it before that. He's doing very well. I had a REALLY tough time with the diagnosis. He has so much love to give, now I just say thank you for giving us another day together when I rest my head. He has been one of my greatest learning adventures...I would have never expected that I would be so attached to him and that we would be able to read each other so well.
I'm glad that you had a positive experience with the cooked food too. The company changed the name from K-9 Critical Care to Healthy Dogma...it's been great. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.
Thank you so much for reading our journey, some days are a little tough, but my life is so much better knowing he found the very best family for him and he is loved more than words can say... :)
Thanks so much. Ricky's breeding is a mystery to us. We re-homed him when he was 4 mo. old and I was never able to get in touch with his breeder. His papers, so to speak, say he's from Rockstar Corgi in Riverside. I never got further than that. I was hoping that Maple might be a relative. Fortunately, your road trip and our re-homing had happy endings! Nonetheless, they sound a lot alike! haha! Have a great weekend.
PS If you have a minute, have a look at the tri-corgi group. I just posted 3 photos of Ricky. See if you see similarities. Sometimes I see a corgi that's a ringer for my Lucy in one photo, but then I see more and it's just an angle or something. All corgis have a certain similarity! haha.
Your corgi baby is beautiful. Her markings remind me of my tri, Ricky, who had more sable on his head as a puppy than now. Ricky's also from Riverside. He also loves to watch TV & he's a handful. Our two sound like soul mates. Who was your breeder?
He loves the tennis ball. My feet can't even hit the floor in the morning and he has it in his mouth. He has a morning and evening and anytime in between ritual with the tennis ball. You gotta love it.
Maple is adorable and has some major league ears! I love her bumble-bee suit, and that photo of her asleep with her tongue hanging out is a classic! I hope she is keeping you busy, and laughing. There's just something about corgis!!
I live near Canyon Crest, but I've walked Mt. Rubidoux plenty of times. I went to the dog park there a few years ago, but I haven't been since it's been renovated. I don't plan on taking Zoe for quite some time either- I was just looking for ideas for the future. At ten weeks I can already tell that she's a little stubborn and independent so we'll definitely have to work our way up to parks lol.
Welcome Alicia, Orlando and Maple from a fellow Southern Californian! We're about an hour south on the I-215, I lived in Riverside when I was in 4th grade, and we got Sidney from Riverside :)
Maple is adorable!
Aw thanks. Zoe is ten weeks old tomorrow. Now that she's settled into her new home she's showing a lot more personality. However, the chewing persists lol. Any tips for that? I can't wait until she's received all her puppy vaccinations so I can take her out and around parks, etc. Speaking of, do you know of any good ones in the area?

What a pretty little girl.
Maple is very cute. I know what you mean...they grow way too fast. It seems like Logan is getting bigger every day. Good puppies.
Maple is adorable!
