Our groomer told us to throw our Furminator away and use a basic wire brush. They said the Furminator removes too much of the undercoat that wouldn't normally be shed or brushed out, and could actually increase the amount they shed in the long run. It might also be a little too rough on their skin. All I know for sure is that our puppy now LOVES being brushed with a wire brush, but would run away from the Furminator. If you really really want one, let me know and I'll mail it to you for free!
welcome penny and Angela:) i seen your comment for today wondering if u should get the furminator, i say go for it! it will come in handy as corgis shed a ton
