The belly band is diaper for male dog, so if they have the urge to mark their territory inside, they would not soil the cafe. It is only put on when dogs are indoor. It is a Japanese invention.

Cute...I noticed the cute belly bands too! They're all so well behaved! I agree but I only have 5 it is fun at treat time!
