Well, I just received my first puppy update.  This will, without a doubt, be the longest month I have ever experienced.  I know that I am biased, but my little girl is so cute!  Apparently the breeder felt so, too, because instead of sending just a couple of pictures she sent five!  She said my pup is so photogenic that she couldn't help herself.  I all but squealed in delight when I saw the e-mail waiting for me in my inbox.

You can see her mom in the background of this one.  I love how my pup's blaze curves in the opposite direction of her mother's.  I'm not sure why I find that so cute, but I just do!

And here she is in the classic corgi puppy sit.  :)  She's just turned 4 weeks old, so I can't wait to see her grow!  Hopefully I'll get some pictures of her at play in the next couple of weeks. 

I have been pouring over pet sites looking for cute little collars and leashes and everything else you could ever want to buy a puppy.  Yuki's color scheme is black and blue (literally everything he wears is black and/or blue, from collar to leash to raincoat!) and I'm thinking of doing green or purple with the puppy.  And she still looks like an Ellie to me, so I hope I still feel that way when I get to meet her!
