sounds like you all had a great time. some times that's just as much fun as winning. when a dog is 15 and prances around like a pup, that is fantastic. jack just turned 11 and he still acts like a youngster. he still, once in a great while, forgets he's a aged dog and still get's in trouble. and........... as far as my bunny problem- there are 5, yes, count then, 5. needless to say that by the time they are old enough to venture out of the back yard and live somewhere else, i will be a total wreck. i'm thinking with in a week, hopefully. the past 2 days has been quiet on the bunny front, but that's during day light hours. last night we had a bunny found by both the boys. yes, there was a lot of yelling and really not a lot of listening, but, the bunny got thry it. these are going to be some mean, hard-butt bunnies when they grow up. but, until they leave, i'll just have to keep after the dogs when they find one hiding out in the grass. i still can't believe a mother bunny would put her nest in the yard where dogs are. the scent of them must be noticable by the mother, you'd think. anyway, that's all for now. any shows for anyone this weekend? oh, cindy, i noticed liz was at i believe the oshkosh show here in wisconsin. had a nice day too. congrats.

Wonderful time at the Golden Gate Pembroke Welsh Corgi Fanciers' specialty in Los Gatos, CA last weekend. Nothing for Hank but a wonderful time with some STUNNING Corgis. Our favorite was a Veteran dog that won his class in sweeps and show... "John" (CH Marlmont's Highway to Heavn, CDX) shown by Debbie Castelanelli... he's almost 15 and prances around like a puppy. Not a dry eye around the ring when he won both times.

a huge congrats to stephen and sue and their 4-legged's. i have to make an adjustment on the litter announcement- the mom's call name is sassy-not sammy. i can't say there are too many s-named dogs, because i do the j-named thing. haven't heard anything from california for a while-anything going on??? how's hank?? and, a short while ago, i asked about baby bunnies...........well, ut seem's like there is at least 1. mamma bunny was out grazing in the back yard and when jack headed out there, she took off. then i put joker in the yard. jack went over to where i have the bunny den covered and headed right under the cover. needless to say, i did a lot of yelling before he backed out. but then joker went there and managed to grabbed the baby bunny. i had to chase him down in the piring rain. he dropped the baby and i had to drag him out of the yard. saw the baby, just hoping he find's his way back to the den.i guess tomorrow, the boys are going to need a lesson on "leave it!!!!" right now i am not talking to either of them. they are majorerly on my s--t list. we have had rain, thunder, lighting since this afternoon and having to go and chase the hound out in that weather just did absolutely nothing for my mood. well, tha't off the chest now. everyone take care.

A good day here at Balletcor, it was the Royal Welsh Agricultural show at Builth Wells, Wales.

For once a realonable number of corgis were booked in, only exibitor failed to turn up.

Angel won best Junior but was not placed in BoB, I thought that was it but Sue had entered the pair in the AV and the Royal Welsh Junior Stakes.

In the AV Angel was first in, in the junior class and came 1st, Michael turn then in graduate and came 2nd.

Then the stakes, 12 dogs entered, including our two. It was such a suprize to be pulled out 1st with Angel. The judge told of her impressions, I can't wait to see the critiques. Angel had also won a plaque with the coat of arms of the society on and the date it was established.

Do have a look at my photos as I have deposited just a few of the pics I have taken on the day.

Hope everybody also had a good day!!

My Bobby boy has a lot of chrome and most everything I've seen from him has been quite nicely marked.
