Coco had a seizure this morning and died. She was 8yrs and 12 dys old. She had one seizure about four years ago and was taken to the doctors office than and there. She was fine when we got there and doctors could not find anything wrong at that time. Took her back home that day and watched her that day and the following day. She was good. Just like nothing happened. A year or two after that she had a grade one tumor removed from the top of the nose. Came home and started playing right away. No other medical history she was healthly. Saturday she had seizure and went to emergency room and stayed over night. Could not find anything wrong. Sunday morning may have had cardic arrest or heart issue. Her brother Dino is doing ok and Snowball and Moose are OK.

Oh dear! Truly sorry to hear about this. Was she at the vets still on Sunday when she died? How are you holding up?

My thoughts are with you and your family and furr babies. Never easy to hear or experience. :(

Not doing good..she was at home went she died. Last night Moose was having nightmares, woke him up because he was barking in his sleep, he has never done that. Jusst now I was screaming in my sleep thought Moose was sick. UPDATE on Coco. The doctor called Monday and thought it was related to or was a aneurysm (sp). I seem to remember Coco going outside in the backyard to have a seizure because Dino would go out as well. He would be barking and calling me when she did have the seizures. But the last days, I could pick her up and hold her, but it seemed that she "was not there". I could look in her eyes and not see her. No more sleep the next few days.
Sorry for what you are all going through. the others i'm sure are feeling a loss  and at least they have you to help them through this. Someone to hold them and comfort them is what they need also!
Oh Steve, I'm so sorry about your loss!  Losing a pet is a horrible experience.  God Bless you and your family... including the other pups.

Tucker and I are so sad to hear about Coco.  We are sending lot's of Corgi {{{HUGS}}} to you now.

Oh that is so sad.  I know what it's like to lose a healthy corgi to something catastrophic and unexpected.  GONE, just-like-that, leaving this huge hole in your heart and your life.  It's too bad that sharing your pain can't lighten it.

You know where to wait, Coco.

Words cannot express the beauty of this picture...what a lucky day that was!! thank you for posting it, John.
This photo is the gift of a stranger on the Pacific Crest Trail, Mindy, who gave me 2 spare AA batteries for my new camera (I didn't yet know it's a power hog).  Random acts of kindness ripple on forever.
we are so sorry for your loss.. sending Corgi hugs your way...
Sophie and I are so sorry for your loss. We send corgi-hugs and prayers to you and your family.
Dino is still counting the hugs and kisses being sent. This is the first time in many years that there has been less than four fur babies in this house. Going though some pictures I found one in particular of Coco that is a print and can not find the negitive but she is wearing a princess hat from Disney World. She was the baby in the house and everyone treated her with respect and loved her.  I have to have copies made before I can put it up for everyone to see. All are watching me and at night we are on the bed together. They all like the sleep number bed and dont change the setting very much. Most pictures I have show both of them together. All things on hold right now and focusing on them. Am I making too much of a deal about this? Just want them all to be happy.
Steve, loved your comment about the sleep number bed...we must find humor where we can...you're a good dad! I have a sleep number bed too and Sophie's setting is 46...LOL.
