I don't know the story on these guys, but it looks like they are in a rescue already so probably not in immediate danger.

I wish I lived around there somewhere.....Hope these cuties will find forever homes soon.

I don't know if this is real. Before I got Truck, I applied for the top blue merle Cardi (Ricky) she said he had been re-homed and the other 3 cardis have been on there since December/Jan. After filling out the application and getting one or two e-mails from her I never heard from her again. This all seemed really fishy. Weird (and disappointing) to see the blue merle listed again as I REALLY wanted him.

as a p.s. the dogs ARE purebred and they are her show dogs (except Jay Jay who has floppy ears). She would never tell me an adoption fee either.

Wow that is really weird. I thought it was odd that all 3 would be with the same supposed rescue group. Isn't petfinder supposed to be for like...rescues and shelters and not for rehoming your show dog? Some people...

yeah I was sort of frustrated when I learned that these cardis were her personal show dogs. I did a lot of digging back in Dec to try to figure out what the situation was, and couldn't find much about the rescue. She shows aussies and many of her "rescues" are aussies as well. It looks like she may have one or two legitimate rescues but many just look like purebreds that didn't work out in the show ring. I think she does breed rescue for aussies so that is how she can post, this is just what I am assuming from what I found. I'd love to know what anybody else might find. Oh, also at that time there was a person in the corgi rescue facebook page and he contacted her as well and got the same run around and no clear answers and then total loss of contact. Its all just weird.

That's really... strange. Also, how could someone who is "showing" those dogs have let one get floppy ears? Or is he an actual rescue? I'm so confused by this situation. Cardigans are so rare that when they do show up for rescue, it's usually something strange going on with their situation.

here is a discussion I posted previously about this rescue and Ricky in particular:
