Does anyone have any tips on how to reduce shedding?  I live in Alabama where we have no distinct season, so the coat can't really regulate.  I need any advice you have.

Hi Patie, furminate once a week, under no circumstance should you shave you corgi, ever. keep bathing to a handful of times / year. Human non scented baby shampoo. Keep the humidifier on at home, AC drys out the skin. Put a teas spoon of oil in his food.

When he is blowing coat, brush him, then have a bath, brush and blow dry.

Thank you...I had thought about the oil in food, but wasn't sure.

Unfortunately you have a corgi so shedding will always be an issue. Brush regularly, add fish oil or other omega 3s to his food, don't bathe and buy a REALLY good vaccuum. That's about all you can do for these guys! lol

Shedding is a problem, but I wouldn't take anything for Chrissy.  I will look into the fish oil.  Vacuum daily is my new habit.  Thanks!

We have found furminating, really good vacuum cleaner, leather furniture and hard wood floors.  If only we could market that hair, we would all be millionaires..............no wait billionaires

Corgis are Olympic class shedders.  A good corig can shed in a week enough to make another corgi.  You never can have too many corgi :)
