Spontaneous accident after being housebroken since 5 months old

Okay so, Ace is 15 months old. He has been housebroken since he was 5 months. He hasn't had an accident in a year.

But today, out of the blue, he started peeing on the floor. WAT? And this was just an hour after I had taken him downstairs to go potty, and he drenched the lightpole like it was his job. He went back upstairs fully empty, and then... yeah.

Only things that have changed are that A) It's insanely warm so he has been drinking like a camel, and B) I have been giving him peas and carrots during training, and peanut butter Kongs to keep him chill at night. That's all I can think of that has truly changed in his life.

I really hope it was a one-time thing, a fluke, or whatever. Is it possible?

Hah! Owned. :-D I can't believe how much water Ace can put away after we do a bit of Keep Away and wrestling, his two favourite "human" activities.

Yeah, this summer is doing a real number on his kidneys. It has been roughly 100F at the worst points of the afternoon, and the little breeze that does come our way is just hot and sticky. Really awful weather for dogs!

I wouldn't worry to much about it if it ends up being a one time thing. Our last Corgi Sentry went pee when we took him outside then randomly for no reason that we could think of just started to pee in in front of us after 15 min when he was back inside(with no cue he had to go potty)....he was 3 years old  at the time....I think sometimes corgi are just like "Ugh efff going out again, here sounds good" :D...

Today Tucker my little 14 week puppy discovered he didn't like the thunder and he just pee'd right in the living room when he heard it....and we've have has no potty accidents in 3 weeks....dam thunder!
