Puppy thinks Kitten is a chew toy, how to make her stop?

Hello, For the most part, I've been able to handle most of the things my little Teagen has thrown at me...however for the life of me I just can't get her to stop playing too aggressively with the cat. At first I thought Teagen thought the kitten was kinda like a puppy to play with. However, when I decided to watch and observe what she did, she sat on the cat (which is usual, sadly) then grabbed her by the ears and started pulling her to the spot where she likes to take her chew toys! Which has lead me to believe that she thinks my kitten is a interactive chew toy.

It wouldn't be such a problem if the cat could defend herself, however while she has been growing steadily, she was kinda on the puny malnourished side when we got her, so she is tiny in comparison to Teagen.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Well, it seems like your problem will probably sort itself out. Nature equips even tiny kittens with tiny razors on their hands. When your kitty has had enough, she will sort the corgi right out. I have two corgis and two cats, with one cat who grew up with the youngest corgi. They played pretty rough sometimes and sometimes I would break it up by rattling the can of pennies, but usually when the kitten has enough she'll shut it down. If the corgi gets out of control, and the kitty doesn't seem able to help herself, then you can intervene to establish limits. Otherwise, enjoy their games!
