Looking to adopt another Pembroke (East Coast).

Hi!

My name is Jennifer and my husband Joey and I live in NYC with our six year old Pembroke, Pickles. We adopted her when she was five and we are thinking that we are now ready to find her a friend. If anyone has any contacts for adoptable Pems, please let us know! Thank you :)

Cute! A friend of mine has a cardigan named Pickles (my dog Chewey's bff) - it's a great name.

The Mayflower Pembroke Welsh Corgi Club covers your area (I'm in NY also)...pretty much all of the northeast. I got my Max thru them...he was 5 and has been with us for almost 8 years. I'm not sure who is heading the rescue part now but here is the link to their home page. Check the headings at the top for the rescue part.
