The last 3 days Max hasn't eaten much. Still acts the same but not really eating much. He has lost some of his middle teeth but I am a little worried. Anyone help me on this?

First thing I would do is call your vet. Lack of appetite, especially in a Corgi, is probably a symptom of something going on. I hope Max feels better!
He has lost some of his teeth. We tried canned food that didn't work at all. He does eat some just not much. I do wet it also.
Pandora went through a stage where she wouldn't eat. It was around 7 or 8 months. She had a hard time eating while losing her teeth. I have never heard of a corgi refusing to eat and dying, so just watch his weight.

You can try calling your vet too, if you are really worried. I think he'll be just fine. Does he like rope toys? When Pandora was teething, we were told to wet ropes and freeze them. She liked to chew on the cold frozen ropes, like a teething ring. We used the same strategy with Trunks. It may sooth his gums to let him eat better.
i was told no to worry unless the dog is losing weight. and not to force her to eat (which i tried by mixing new dog food in) what kind of food is he fed and how much? he could be self adjusting to how much he needs (not all corgi's are food hogs lol) or he could just not want to eat because of teething. im lucky if neeka now eats 1/2 a cup a day (from our one cup three months ago) the vet said she is just self adjusting to how much she needs and being on orijen fills up alot quicker. try watering the food down and see if it helps for eating, it should if he is teething.
He ate better today with wet food. Still isn't eating what he was. He a rope toy so I'll try freezing it. He also has a teething toy. We also found Blue Buffalo and Canin dog and puppie food at Petsmart here I was really surprised.
IN addition to the teething etc...have you had a lot more activity around your house related to Thanksgiving. Sometimes they can pick up on our schedules being all wacked out
