My Corgi, out of the blue, starts peeing everywhere inside the house

My corgi is now 7 months old. She was potty trained for about 5 months.
She knew where to go inside the house pretty much 95% of time.
I went on vacation for 2 weeks and had my friend to take care of her.
When I was back, she was good for the first couple days and then she started peeing and pooping just everywhere and anywhere she likes!!!!!!

What's wrong with her? How can I fix this?

She is in her "teenage" stage, relapse is unavoidable until she's 9 mo - 1 yr. You will need to go back to square one and retrain her, there are no shortcuts, be consistent, remind yourself not to let her out of your sight, clean up the area real well and in no time she will be reliable. Keep up the good work, we all went through this :)
Thank you so much. I will keep trying =)
Seconded. Just continue to be consistant and she'll get back on track.

The canine brain goes through a huge growth phase during adolescence so most people find their dogs will forget behaviors they knew really well and other things like potty training. You just need to remind them as they are growing what is appropriate.

Stick with it. :)
If this wasn't happening before you left for two weeks then maybe your friend didn't do that good of a job of taking her out as needed. I remember the first time I left Ein with my parents for a weekend and by the end of the weekend he had already picked up a badhabbit from their dog lol. They learn extremely quick, whether it be positive or negative learning.
Thanks everyone! I also have a concern.
I go to work from 9-6pm and she will be alone at home. I have no idea since when she has started eating/playing with her own poop. I tried every method I know (including seeing a vet and feeding her the medicine for that), it just doesn't help. It's getting me very annoyed but she just seems like having a blast eating that!!!!!

So I only feed her once a day (right after I come back from work) to make sure she only poops at night while Im home so I can pick it up right away. However, she seems very hungry in the morning. I'm not sure if she is having enough food. She is now 7 months old and weighs around 23 - 25lbs i would say. I feed her a cup of dry food and mixed with some chicken meat or sweet potato or carrot (whatever I have at home and it's healthy for dogs to eat)
