I have a two yr old Tri Pembroke Corgi bought from a breeder in Sanger area. Love my Merlin, he is a character. My daughter, a vet, helped find the breeder and checked her out and all the pups before I bought him. He is very active, loves to camp, quite a scamp at times, he actually throws his snacks in the air and plays with them before actually getting around to eating them. Loves to play soccer with my 2yr old grandaughter. My daughter is a Vet in the Melissa area if anyone needs a compasionate, loving Dr. for their babies. Dr. Stef was with Allen Animal Clinic but has since left them to work part time with small animals instead of mixed. She knows a great trainer in the Allen area who boarded my Merlin when we all went on a cruise. When we walk we use a harness otherwise he uses a half choke collar. He thinks he is a big dog cause he plays so well with my daughters female white Labradoodle and he makes her Great Dane mad nipping at his heels. He loves to try to herd their horses and I would love to have another but we have two long haired cats and my husband still says not yet although he knows Merlin would be happier with a playmate here in Louisiana. My husband picked out the name Merlin for him and has already picked out a girls name-Gwendolyn [Gwennie] so I don't think it will be long till we add to our brood.

HI my name is Cruise - my parents are Erik and Shelly. We live in The Colony, TX. I'm 7 yrs old and a only child. My grandma say's I'm kinda of spoiled, but she loves me anyway. I had to have back surgery last Aug. for a ruptured disk in my mid back. I'm all better now and up to my old tricks but just not jumping around anymore.

We live in Aubrey. Can anyone suggest a vet to take our 10 year old Joey to be checked? We want a vet who knows corgi's in North Texas. Thanks!

Hi everyone. I was wanting to know if anyone here has any information about agility training facilities in Fort Worth. I am wanting to get Maggie in agility but can't seem to find a facility close to me. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Hope everyone is doing well.

Hello all. Tammey, Bear, and I just returned home from a a really great trip that had us gone from Texas for far to long. But we got some good Corgi photos to share. We left Texas to start our load in Rogers AR, durning the big ice storm last month and headed south just as soon as we were loaded. This trip took us all the way down into the Florida Keys with a week layover on Alligator Alley and then a week of loading in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Orlando. Although, the week of loading was fairly leisurley we were more than ready to get back to Texas and our return trip, with our first drop being in Austin, led us within fifty miles of a Great Texas landmark. I could not resist the detour and had to share the experience with our Texas Corgi friends.

I was going to post this photograph on the main page and ask all of the MyCorgi members to play "Where's Bear" but this spot would only be guessed by a true Texan.
