AZ Corgi meet up #4 scottsdale bark park SE corner of hayden & mc donald dr. 05/16/09 6 pm

the 3rd meet up was super fun- liked the park and all of the fur balls all had a good time! the lighting didnt seem to be too much of an issue. its getting warmer so the sun is starting to set later...
there was some talk of # 4 being at the Scottsdale park to sort of start the rotation over again as the "mid-valley" spot. then we can do #5 up north again and so on......maybe another suggestion instead of grovers basin?
so, as far as the 4th May meet up goes- what are some good dates? and is everyone okay with the scottsdale park?

***UPDATE**** scottsdale bark park, SE corner of mc donald & hayden in the "passive" side at 6 pm (or close to that!) on may 16th. sounds good!

id say the "south" scottsdale park, then the "north" scottsdale park, then maybe somewhere on the west side for the glendale folks.

Abbea, do you have a Glendale park in mind? I don't think any of us are very familiar with the area. The previous meet up at Grover's park I had suggested thinking it would be closer to you but then of course you weren't able to go to that one. That's the only park to the west that I know of.

That one would actually be great for me. The only reason I wasn't able to go last time was because I was at the Renaissance Festival which is just east of Gilbert. I really hated that I couldn't go, but if we decide to do a meetup near us I would request the day off. There's also a park on 63rd and Mountain View Rd. and one on 63rd and Northern which is maybe too far to the west to be practical.

Oh yeah sorry they're both 63rd ave. I think that's a little too far for most of you though, so I'd be happy with another Phoenix one.

We can do Grover's park again or venture into the avenues. I'm ok with either. Would this be for meet up #6 then?

grovers park for #6 sounds like the plan- however astro & starla will sit that one out. that particular park sorta left a bad taste in our mouths. :(

Yah, I guess we should decide on a date for meet up #5 at the Scottsdale park (the one on Hayden & McDonald) before we get too far ahead of ourselves. If eveyone wants a Saturday or Sunday I suggest the 16th, 17th, 23rd or 24th. Probably around 6pm or 6:30pm would be best. Any other opinions?

im pretty sure before saturday's were the best, especially for those that have kids (human kids that is.....) so our vote is saturday the 16th.

I like sundays as well. but am open I will come to scottsdale, no problem. May 16th saturday is fine for us too. Will this for sure be the date? 6.00 sounds fine too. Hope Warner comes so grace can be with her man hahahah:)) We really missed finnigan:( can't wait to see him again!
