Overheard at the park: A HUGE, tough-looking man, "Looked like a mean linebacker", is walking a very tiny dog, smaller than a Chihuahua. Someone else's much larger, macho-looking dog comes along, and the tiny thing begins barking aggressively. Mr. Linebacker promptly disciplines his beast: "Tinkerbell! You stop that!"
Somebody got their stereotypes mixed-up.

Hee hee, I can see it now. Too funny ^_^
Ha! I love these small dogs and their complexes. They think they're bigger than everyone and everything. I had Dax at a friend's house and her chihuahua was following him around "protecting" him (growling and barking at any dog who got near him) from the poodle and the pit bull. It's also interesting that the pit bull is scared of the chihuahua....
:)
love it!
Very funny! My father used to raise beagles and show them in field trails. He used to get quite a kick out of the handlers calling their dogs after the judges said"pick up your dogs". Big field dressed hunters out there calling "here Fluffy or MiMi or Puddles etc." so he trained his to lay down when given the command "Down"and he would just go pick them up. When a beagle is on a scent they don't mind real well!
I sometimes introduce little Gwynnie and Al as "Killer" and "Spike".
That was cute!
