We switched Kenji from Nutro Max Puppy to Innova Puppy. He seems to like it and seems to be a pretty good dog food brand. Too bad there's only 1 local pet store nearby that sells it so they are always sold out and we pretty much have to put ourselves on the waiting list weeks in advance.
Tegan is on Artimis Maximal dog, a 100% Grain free food... he loves it :)
I feed charlie iams proactive health dog food. I get complements from the vet on how shiny his coat is.
I feed winston Natural Balance. I feel that it makes his coat soft, there are no meat by products which makes me feel better about this food. I also give him carrots and green beans for dinner, he loves it.
Mousse gets earthblend all ages all dog type food, 2 cups a day.
We feed Marty Merrick dry dog food. He likes the "Turducken" flavor and when you add water it makes a gravy. We like this brand because it is family owned and made in the USA. They use quality ingredients with the proper vitamins etc that dogs need. Marty's coat is beautiful, shiny and soft. People are always asking me if I bath and groom him often which I don't. He only gets bathed after rolling in something nasty and I brush him occasionally. (really only when he is shedding)
Solid Gold works best for Bailey. We've been feeding it to her since she was a puppy and she looooves it. It makes her coat shiny, maintains her weight, and is all natural. Highly recommended!
I've fed: Wellness, Cali Natural, Solid Gold and I just brain farted on what I'm feeding now, lol... most if not all are corn free and I think I've tried nearly every Wellness and SG ^_^
I feed all our dogs Natural Balance. It has duck and sweet potato, and no corn or wheat glutein . All our dogs love it.
I feed Servo Science Diet as a vet tech i have had a chance to talk to the people who make it. They debunked a lot of myths as far as corn goes its actually highly digestible when cooked like when you eat corn bread and has a lot of nutrition, the allergy thing is actually a low % of the population but is over publicized like shark attacks for example. The protein is a good amount even too much of this can actually cause problems (kidney problems) the body will rid itself of the extra protein it doesn't need putting the kidney in overdrive, i like that my dog gets a good balance. In the wild animals will generally go for the guts which has most of whatever that animal had such as fruits veggies etc but they hardly ever go for the breast/thigh unless they are scavengers which usually get whats left which is the meat us humans like. Also they have a natural version of science diet if your into that kind of thing even though when they did tests they found that dogs really didn't differ as far as health goes from their natural vs their regular. They are also one of the rare brands who do regular food trials at their lab before sending it out to market which a lot of other brands dont do basically making whoever they sell it to there test subject, some brands still do trials but not as many that S.D does. Its so cool to see the blood testing they do at their labs to see scientifically what dogs need in their diet and how much is too much or too little. Too much of anything is bad even protein which can put the kidneys in overdrive causing problems and a lot of brands aren't testing how much should be in their diet. The dogs at their lab are treated like gold, my boss came back after seeing the place and says the dogs are really happy and played with in their specially built playground with people who's only job is to play with them. Another thing people should check for on the back of their dog food is "suitable for all life stages" this basically means its puppy food even if it says adult or senior on the front. Basically for it to be suitable for all it has to have enough calories to support puppies which require more calories since they are growing, which is more than the adult or seniors need leading them to be fat. It is legal to label the front as senior or adult even if its puppies as long as they put the "suitable for all life stages" on the back of the bag. Also any food can change thier recipe whithout letting you know and change i back as long as it hasnt been changed longer then 6mo they dont have to let you know. A lot of companys will do this for example if an ingriedient goes up in price one month they can change their recipe until it goes back down in price and you would never know since they dont have to tell you if its out for less then six months this will sometimes explain why dogs get mysterious cases of diarrhea and then the stool will go back to normal after the diet is change back
So its cool if you don't like S.D but i would hardly call it crap my dog has never had a shinier coat and lean waistline. Sorry for this long arse post but i just wanted to get some of that out since people don't always know this stuff and are scared by companies into thinking by products and corn are bad and that meat is top priority. By product is just another way of saying, something made during or from the process of making something else. So while processing meat you get gravy which is therefore a by product not the best example but that the only way i can think of how to explain it. You can even look it up on Wikipedia or anywhere. Anyway guess ill stop ranting now haha sorry again for the post and im not saying you don't already know this stuff but for the people who don't this is for you. Sorry if i kept repeating myself too ;) later corgi lovers!
I know it puts me in the minority of people who like to talk about food, but I too choose a company (Iam's) in part because they do lots of feeding tests.

I know that populational studies periodically show that lots of humans eating decent diets end up with deficiencies, if they don't supplement---women tend to be mildly anemic, for example. Niacin deficiencies were common, new studies show most people living in the north half of the country are low on Vitamin D, and few women can get enough calcium just from diet (which might be partly explained by the D-deficiencies).

So, for me personally, it makes me feel safer when using a food made by a company that health-tests. I think it was the Iam's company that came up with the DHA info, for example.

I respect other people's choices; we all value different things and choose accordingly. :-)
Plain yoghurt, frozen green beans, pumpkin (plain), olive oil, cottage cheese, eggs with shell, and apples are supplements.
Pedigree - chicken, rice and vegetables. They seem to do very well on it.
