Sophie is drinking more water and not eating - help

I know that our corgi network will have some answers before I go running to the vet...my Sophie who just celebrated 13yrs woke up Saturday and was not herself. She has always been very food motivated and it is the first thing she looks forward to every morning. Not Saturday a.m. - she barely even wanted to come out of the bedroom. She barely ate and what she did eat, she threw up. She's very tired and listless. Sleeping more than usual. Would not eat her usual raw food medallion, but did eat a small amount of dry food (Wilderness) last night. This a.m. didn't even want to eat, drinking water and has a warm nose. Any ideas? June

I would call the vet right away. It could be that something upset her tummy, but it could also be her kidneys. Honestly I would not wait very long before getting her in to see someone. Hopefully it's something minor.

Thanks Bev...I was hearing kidneys and diabetes. My vet has his cell phone on his website - so I called. I'm on the way to the vet. I realize that I would have to deal with this at some point with her age and all, but you're never prepared...I hope we can at least get her to feeling better. Thanks for your support! June
