Pembroke or Cardigan???
Pembroke
I would start with the www.pwcca.org site. They have a link, by states, of conscientious breeders. Keep us posted, please! All the best from Williamsburg, VA: Bear, Tasha and Linus
I know a wonderful breeder in TN. We had 2 of her Pembrokes many years ago when she lived in N. CA. The breeder is Judy Hart, Sua Mah Corgis. She is a respected Corgi breeder and judge. She only breeds once a year, so you can email her and see if she has any puppies: JudyAHart@msn.com
I got both of my pups from Jan Richardson of Tresaith Corgis, in Birmingham. Wonderful person and terrific dogs -- I think some others on My Corgi have dogs from her as well. If you dig through her website, you'll find pictures of Bertie Wooster and Ethel Barrymore, my little guys.
I got my Romeo from a breeder in Tennessee.

I am more than pleased!

All of their dogs are tested for vWD and all have acceptable CERF results (eye tests).
They use PennHip and/or OFA for hip certifications.
Their corgis are all tested with the new DNA test for degenerative myelopathy risk factor, and they are are now producing no puppies that are "at risk" for getting this condition.

If I were going to get another corgi I would not hesitate to use them again!!!!
