Photo tips:
- Check out last year's photos
- Have a month / season / theme in mind
- Photos must be sharply focus (eg: eyes)
- Keep a simple background, your dog will stand out more
- Make sure indoor photos are well lit
- Be creative
- Get your camera and treats ready, have fun!
100% profit goes to corgi rescue as always.

Due to technical issues, our system will only accept jpg file under 2mb for now. All chosen semi-finalists must have original full size file for print. We are working to fix the file size limit back to 5mb. More updates later.

I know, right? I love photography and trying out different cameras so I went down the list thinking "I used that one before", "I have that one", "ooooh, I'd love to try that one".

I treated myself (gift from husband, so same budget) to a Canon T1i this past year. I LOVE it! I finally have a fast enough shutter to actually catch the dogs in decent poses.
I also shot some great wading bird pictures on vacation this year. Totally off-topic, but caught a heron swallowing a fish and you can see the fish shining in the sun. Amazing what a better piece of equipment can do. -

I'm still not able to upload my picture :(
I even got it down to 1.5 MB and I keep getting the error message that the file is over 5 MB.
The picture is 4110 x 2794 on a 12 megapixel camera.
Does anyone have any ideas for me?

I am also having problems with uploading my photo. I have tried 5 times at 3.7, 3.3, 2.4, 1.7 and 1.4 without success. Can you please help? Thanks!
