Our new Aussie Puppy wont stop nipping at our Daisy's (corgi) ears, cheeks, butt, legs, scruff of neck.

Other dogs strike the fear of God into her and she stops quickly but Daisy doesn't do it often enough or fierce enough but she will if Sophie goes for her kong or bone.

Whats going on? Seems its bothers us more than her?

Don't worry, your adult corgi will open a can of WoopAss if your Aussie had crossed the line. Dogs normally learn bite inhibition by 4.5 months.
two more more weeks I can handle
If it really bothers you some of the bitter sprays can be sprayed right on the animals fur, it might deter her some. Otherwise I wouldn't worry about it too much, your corgi will tell her off if she really needs to.
