Corgi Trade?? on Craigslist

I occasionally look at Craiglist because I have thought I might be interested in a second (not puppy) corgi. I saw this but do not understand what this person is doing....but it sounds weird to me. Is this as odd as it sounds?

Sounds like a puppy mill and someone who could care less about their dog!

I'm with Jane...a reputable breeder is going to give you a health guarantee telling what the parents and pups have been tested for. I see no mention of that at all and that would be something a good breeder would disclose.

wtf????? Possible theft? I wonder if someone stole the pup and is trying to peddle it on Craig's List, possibly in some other county or state to evade discovery?
