Permalink Reply by Rachael & Waffle on April 17, 2012 at 10:10pm I thought the title to this post was "Corgis with Altitude", and what do you know, both would work!
And, yeah, fight the man, man.
That sign seems a little tall for them to read.
I agree, if it had a dog with a red circle/slash, then the corgis might be expected to understand, IF the sign was at their level. Everyone knows dogs can't read!

My dogs can read Greek, Mandarin, Russian, Hebrew and Gaelic at least as well as I can.
They are obviously very talented! Snickers also has a superior attitude. But I must say she can play several musical instruments better than I do, so perhaps she is justified.
Permalink Reply by Amy & Rubi Rae on April 18, 2012 at 4:02pm I love it. Do the corgis really have attitude? Very funny. Visited a Wyoming town once where every piece of grass was posted with a "NO DOGS" sign. It was absurd. I almost had to call the Chamber of Commerce to ask where the heck my dogs could walk, let alone pee.
This sign would apply, but as corgis know, they are not dogs. But very special, furry, little kids!
Permalink Reply by John Wolff on October 22, 2012 at 6:55pm Isn't it tempting, though, when you pass a pond where the Canada Geese are gathering for their pre-migration goose parties, to just, sort of accidentally, let the dog loose? Just to see what would happen? ;)
Permalink Reply by John Wolff on October 24, 2012 at 2:41pm They were probably taken down by DHS, CIA, or NSA. Terrierists often infiltrate innocent-looking websites for secret communications. I'm surprised they let Rachel and Waffle's comment stand ["And, yeah, fight the man, man."] It sounds quite suspicious; a coded signal to insurrection, possibly.
You can't be too careful. You don't want people flouting Authority. That's probably why the photo of the German Shepard with the uprooted "NO DOGS" sign disappeared. Corgis have a notorious independent streak, and you don't want to encourage that kind of attitude. I feel safer knowing that Someone is watching.
:)
Seriously, people sometimes edit their comments by copying, deleting, and reposting them, and they get counted each time.
