He's usually okay around adults, but my 5 yr old niece comes over a lot & for some reason he likes to go after her which makes her cry bloody murder -____-

I've tried the isolation thing where every time he bites, I put him off to the side by himself for a while & the yelp method & turning him over to tap his mouth, but he still bites =/

I know he's  not a bad dog & it's in his nature, but I'm tired of him getting in trouble whenever my niece comes over. Help me pleassseeee

How old is he? I would keep a leash on him and don't let him be unsupervised with small children at any time.

4 months. I tell her to not play with him if I'm not there. Is there a way to make him stop nipping overall?

At 4 months he is still a baby and should never play with a 5 year old child unsupervised. As for the nipping use very dramatic high pitched screeches for any teeth and if it does not stop a time out in a boring puppy safe room. When your niece is there it might be smart to use a leash to control your puppy. Many things that a child does will cause too much excitement especially with a very young dog. It is important that Spex has very clear boundaries when a child is around.
