Have you tried contacting people from the PWCCA site? You can search by state.

Is there a certain reason you want another female?
I remember recently someone else from Illinois was looking for a corgi and someone suggested a kennel that had Sunny Garden in the name. You could google that and corgis. And, if you find a reputable breeder who doesn't currently have puppies, they will usually know other breeders to recommend.

I would echo Jane's question about being sure you want another female. I had always had female dogs, but I made the mistake of getting a second female corgi and it was not a good thing. I've since been told that a male and female or two males get along far better than two females. I now have a male corgi.....well I guess I have two now and they are delightful. I'm not really sure what I was worried about.....marking in the house, perhaps. But all my worries were unfounded, and both are little snugglers. I would never think twice about getting a male dog again.
Hello fellow Corgi owner! I live about 45 minutes from you, how awesome is that! Anyways, I got my Pems from Sandy Johnson over at Sunny Garden Farm Corgis. She's extremely nice! Heres her site: www.sunnygardenfarm.com I'd recommend giving her a call and seeing what all she has available!
I'll second that.
We found our wonderful girl from http://www.lostarrowranch.com/Corgis.asp Cindy & Gary where wonderful to work with. She is based out of Marseilles, Illinois which is about 1 1/2 from Peoria. I recently contacted her with a question by email and she was back with my in less that 24 hours. When we ended up getting Lilo she actually met us in Bloomington with the pup.
A great place to start looking for a Pembroke is the Pembroke Welsh Corgi Club of America website at http://www.pwcca.org/memberlist.cfm  You can search by state or by first or last name for a breeder.  The PWCCA is the AKC recognized parent club for the breed in the USA.  They joined the AKC in 1935.   All members of the PWCCA are signers of the Code of Ethics http://www.pwcca.org/code_ethics.html so you know you are getting a quality dog from a responsible breeder.  I've already heard names of breeders  mentioned on this list that make me shudder and I've only been on here for one day!  Please remember that you cannot trust everything you read on the internet.  Folks can make up anything they want to put out there.  For a reliable source, go to the parent club for the breed or to one of the regional clubs that are affiliated with the parent club. For the list of clubs (which also include their websites and the address of their rescue contact) go to http://www.pwcca.org/aclubs.html   There are also very informative articles to be found on the site!
I don't know if Cheryl has any pups left??? She is in Sherwood IL
