Just wondering if there are any other Corgi owners in Britian or Wales on here? I've met lots of American's but was yet to see any other Brits (I'm a transplant, but my Corgi was born and bred here). If there are please get in touch, would be nice to organise something here in Wales perhaps?

I lived in England and Wales from 1969 to 2003, I was an American transplant also. My son lives in Bristol (he has a pub)and we visit 3 or 4 times a year. (Heading over next week for a month) I never remember seeing Corgi's while I lived there. Since moving back to the states we see them a lot. I lived in Chepstow and enjoyed holidays in Tenby, that is where "our boys" got their names.
Awwww I'll keep that group in mind next time I visit Wales. I went for the first time for two weeks with my college choir and fell in love!

Cymru am byth!
Oh excellent! Thank you :)
I'm Australian but hopefully will be in the UK for awhile early next year. My Corgi isn't coming, but I hope to spot a few Corgis over there so I don't feel so homesick!
My husband is from England, but of course he lives here Stateside now. I have heard that Corgis are relatively rare in the UK, compared to the US. Not sure if that's true or not.
Yep, according to this:

There were only 464 Pemmies registered in the UK in 2008. Yikes.
I just meant on this site, but thanks! lol
