We have no idea whats going on or what to do about it. First we had Max attacking Molly. Then Molly has gotten lathargic. She eats well but doesn't want to do anything else. The last 4-5 days they've started messing on the floor. They know how to ask to go out. I will say that things have changed around here but not all that much. I messed my back up and have been unable to bend or anything else for that matter. That's fixed now so it shouldn't be a problem. Any ideas?

Hi Renee, it is time for you to get professional help, someone who can be there to observe and understand the dynamics of your pack, I notice others have given their suggestion in the past and it doesn't sound like there's any improvement. By hiring a professional in your area, he / she will be able to correct and pinpoint the culprit.
In the absence of physical problems, sudden elimination inside with a previously housebroken dog is typically a sign of stress. It sounds as if the dogs are not at all content with the status quo. I second Sam's suggestion to ask a professional to step in.
I would also take Molly into the vet for a check up. They will instinctively pick on a dog that is ill.
Thanks for the suggestions. I will have to take her to the vet. Ilive in a small town and i can't afford a professional. again thanks!
Try Petsmart in Pueblo, it's only 8.5 miles away, 719-595-9000 ask for Jason or Katelyn, 4 private sessions is $209. Good luck!
