As of April 24th...Rainy will be heading east to New York with her new family....Joanna (and Algy)along with her parents are traveling to MN to pick her up. We all are VERY excited and I am very happy as Rainy will have a great new family!!!!!!!

I have finally come to my decision after 6 months of "thinking" that as much as I love this dog I want her to be somebodies favorite and I just don't have enough time to give her the special attention she deserves! Rainy is an absolute sweetheart that wants to be loved and be by your side! She is very good and has no issues other than barking and getting over excited when I get home! A perfect place for her would be a home with a person who is home most of the time and has 1 other dog. She loves to run and play plus needs this to stay in shape. I am asking that anyone interested in her would have to fill out my rescue questioneer even if she isn't a rescue. I bought and have had Rainy since she was 8 weeks old, I was going to breed her but she is just too needy(not a bad thing...just not what would be good for a breeding female) She is spayed and of coarse "free" to a qualifying home! I would request emails about how she's doing also! She is up to date on all shots and in good health! Rainy lives in  southern Minnesota!

We're still looking for a home for Rainy!
Having just lost Algy, I might be in the business of looking for a corgi to take in...
Oh Joanna...looking at your and Algy's pictures...I don't think Rainy could find a better home as I can see the love that you 2 shared and that's what Rainy wants/needs! We do live quite a distance away...but you take some time to mend that broken heart and if at some point you think you would like/love her...we can figure it out!
I will know more tomorrow, after I have a chance to talk it over with everyone. Algy was my dog, but when I moved to my new house (only 3 miles away), he stayed with my parents. They are both retired and home almost all of the time, and that's where Rainy would go. My mother saw her picture and cried a little, because she reminded her of our old corgi mix that passed away a few years ago. If this situation would work, I will keep you posted. Like I said, I should know more about what they would like to do in a day or two. I can always fill out your rescue application too, if you'd like to email that to me, I can give you my email, no problem.
That would be great BUT we do live several states away?????? I will send you a message!
It could be worked out. Yes, please! Send me a message.
