This morning I grabbed a couple rice cakes for breakfast and I had 5 sets of eyes looking up at me so I had to share! They loved them and I was thinking what an easy snack/treat to pack and take along! I checked the ingredients and they were made with brown rice and had very little sugar (less than yogurt).
I thought they'd be especially good for walks as you can break them easily and not have 20 little pieces in you pocket! Plus they are low fat They are 60 calories but only 5 from fat! Half of one would be great plenty! Mine were butter toffee!
