Everywhere my corgi lays, she leaves little brownish/redish spots. They don't totally look like blood and they are usually around the size of a quarter. She's been fixed so it's not that, but it's really a problem. I think it's possibly because she can't clean herself properly. Does anyone else have this problem? What did you do about it?

I would still take her to the vet ASAP for a good once over. She may be having problems with her bladder. Dogs shouldn't leave brownish/reddish spots where they have been laying. Keep us informed
Oh yes, call the vet.
blood that's old will become a dull rusty color when it spends anytime travelings, so if it's coming from her GI tract or urinary tract, it is a typical color for bleeding.
Second the other people, get to the vet quick
I also say get to the vet. A healthy spayed female shouldn't leave spots. It could be from her urinary tract or GI tract. She might have a bit of an infection somewhere.
