teddy was born November 28th so it was at the end of the year but it still counts! lol hes 8weeks old and so far one ear is sticking up and everyone's corgi baby's look so cute! they all melt my heart they are so adorable!

Wow, this is pretty crazy, thinking on it. Miso is now 10½ months old. In March, she'll be 1 year old. :) Miso's doing great. We've cleared a large majority of the hurdles of puppy-hood. She's figured out the potty training quite well, and we've (mostly) hammered out the food issues. It took another dog coming and staying with us for a few days to get her to grasp the concept of potty!

We've also (finally) found toys that work, and we're sticking to them. I'm hoping this new chew-guard dragon will hold up to my girl's teeth!

Keena offers some excellent advice!
I do have a question to add, how long does your pup sit in its kennel?

I work a 8 hour shift so there were times when Walker would be in his kennel for a extended amount of time, and each day I would come home to a wet dog and kennel!
After talking to my breeder I found a easy fix (well kinda easy)
Each day wash the sleeping kennel or den as I called it (the type you use for airlines) with bleach, about a 15 min hot bath and bleach works well this kills any and all urine smell, be sure to rinse and dry well.
Then, now this is where a lil money gets used up :( I bought another kennel and attached it to the sleeping kennel, this was the crate made of thick wire, I choose it to give walk the feeling he was out of his "Den". In that kennel we placed wee wee pads, This whole process was to teach him he could not go in his "den"
Food was regulated and so was water, nothing was givin if he was going to stay for a longer time frame to avoid setting him up for failure.
As soon as the accidents in the wire kennel were few and far between we pulled the wire one and kept him in his "den" !! now Walk does not pee in his kennel!
It took some time, and if you have patience, it is worth a shot!

I am so proud of Wystan, he is starting to catch thrown items out of the air, and is excellent with fetch. He is still trying to figure out the frisbee

Our new little guy, Jake, is struggling with potty training. He goes in his kennel and I find puddles around the house. We are taking him outside at regular intervals and he goes outside too. Any suggestions?
