I'll be organizing a corgi playdate at Pet Care Plus in the West Loop probably on October 1st when Charlie will be 18 or so weeks (waiting until 2 wks after all vaccinations is recommended, I read) and ready to play with lots of doggies!

 

It's 2.5 months from now, but just giving you all a heads up if you want to meet up! There is a play area plus a doggie pool. 20 dogs max, $200 total, so if we have 20 corgis it'll be $10 each! I'll post more details as the time draws nearer.

FYI, there is a American Cancer Society "Bark For Life" event at West Side Community Park in St. Charles on August 14th. We went last year and had a lot of fun. There is a dog park at this park, so maybe we could have a little meetup afterwards! Gibson and I will definitely be there. Sign up and have a great time raising money for cancer research! :)

Just to let you guys know at the Arlington Heights PetSmart (49 W. Rand Rd, Arlington Heights) I'm the trainer there, and I'm planning starting a Corgi Club. My Training ring isn't small but it isn't huge, so depends on how many people I have will depend on if I plan on having the little club there or find a place to meet up
