I will be praying for you and your family as you go through this. I have just gone through it and am still taking chemo. If you have any questions or just need someone to "talk" to, you can email me at shayslhays@cox.net.
Remember that God never gives you a burden that you can't handle. Just TRUST HIM and most of all don't worry! That is the worst thing you can do. When I can't sleep, I talk to God. In my mind, I think he is wanting to hear from me and that's why I am not sleeping. I just tell him what's on my mind, like I'm having a conversation with him. Anyway, for me, I find out that I fall asleep. And what better way to fall asleep than talking to the Father?

Thank you so much, everyone!! It is a comfort to know that you are interceding for me in the heavenlies. I was diagnosed by a radiologist and a surgeon before biopsies. The biopsies took place on Monday, Nov 9th. I am asking people to pray for a miracle/healing and we will all be praising God that the drs were wrong and I am cancer free. I should have the results in a week.

Meanwhile I need an MRI on Friday the 13th in the morning. I am very claustrophobic and am asking for God's peace and strength during this MRI.

God has been providing for me in many ways since my diagnosis. I am able to praise Him and thank Him for what He is doing in my life. God is Good, all the time!! Amen? Amen!!

do you ever pray for your corgi's? My SIL Cargi got into jail bait, and thankfully recovered. When I went to church to request prayer for him a lady thought it inappropriate to pray for a dog. She once had a dog, but not like I feel about my Chloe I guess.

Hi,
The Holy Scriptures tell us that He hears our prayers as we abide in Him. He loves us and cares for us, and I believe that includes our pets that we care for! I will pray for you and your Chloe any day!

Hello Prayer Warriors!
I'm back on the site and upon trying to catch up with prayer needs was reminded of a prayer request I submitted here around mid November 2008 - regarding unemployment and God's direction. My answered prayer is.....
...........................I started my current job on November 20, 2008!!! and the job is in a chiropractic office full of people who love the Lord Jesus Christ and strive for His will each day! What a huge blessing!
Now I am wondering how you all are doing out there with the needs I've read about here.

Answer to prayer:
My sweet new CWC puppy, Meydele-made it safe to N.C. tonight. She flew from Arkansas (bad weather) to Dallas, to N.C. (more bad weather). A flight was cancelled, another delayed, and finally she made it, and STILL made the connection. She is shaky, and exhausted, but in loving arms. God is sooo good! Thank you!

I just joined the various Corgi groups and I am pleased to see that other Christian people do not find it strange that I pray for my animals just as I do for my family and friends......I promise to pray for all your intentions on this list (animals and otherwise) also. As I have discovered the many Corgis and Corgi mixes that have been abandoned and abused, I have felt a special desire to pray that God protects them as only He can.......and I believe St. Francis is a great go-to saint for animals of course! :-) I care for all breeds of dogs and all animals, but all of us with Corgis know there is something that much more hideous about anyone who abuse these creatures....I am not sure why I say that because I have two other dogs of different breeds that I adore....but it is like my Corgi knows you deep down (good or bad)........the others take people at face value.....the Corgi seems to know the soul.
