Al & Gwynn like to camp:

Al was pushing the envelope on the last trip, so wet and cold at night, he spent 6 of 8 nights inside my sleeping bag, bedtime til dawn, to keep ME warm:

We have the same experience but I am always careful to say " They shed a lot and don't get one unless you plan to spend time with them!"

We went on our last camping trip of the year this weekend. What I love about camping now (this is our first summer with the furbabies) is how they are "Ambassadors for the Breed". Every time, we end up converting someone who says "my next dog will be a corgi!"

"swimming"

So we're back from the lake. We had a great time and the girls did some more swimming (as well as plenty of hoovering. the husband even let them help with the dishes. sigh).

He decided to swim just a few weeks ago. We were all shocked that he just walked into the water and started to swim. He fell through the ice on a lake several years ago so I suppose that could be a big reason he's been so reluctant.

Yay for Gretzky! he's a beautiful boy! does he swim now too?
