pickles is constantly grunting. So much even that when he was a few months old we consulted the vet about it to see if he had allergies lol. Apparently it is just how he communicates with us. He likes to grunt to get our attention or when we talk directly to him. its adorable. He will have long drawn out grunts too haha

When Kifli hops on the bed at bedtime, she rolls around and pulls herself on her belly toward the pillows and talks of her day in a ducky voice quacking, I did this, then I did that...

baden makes these weird sounds when he yawns. it either sounds like chewbacca or its really high pitched. he does it EVERY TIME he yawns. it was cute when he was realy little but now it gets kinda annoying

My Jax does the Chewbacca sound, while stretching/yawning... but ONLY to certain people at certain times... I swear he saves them for my husband when he gets home from work!

Corky will stretch in the morning, then make an AROOOO noise as he's stretching.

My Corgi Cooper makes the most bizarre noises I have ever heard from any animal ever! They sound like high pitched pig noises! Whenever he is chewing on a bone or a toy he makes these weird bird like cooing noises, like he is talking to the toy or something. Sometimes I rub his belly roughly to get him all riled up and he makes noises that sound like they come from outer space! I don't know if I could ever imitate them, lol! When my husband and I first brought him home and heard his sounds we were like, "Those are not dog noises!" It's funny because Hercules, my Corgi growing up, didn't make noises that weird. He had some strange noises he made when he played like weird growls, but nothing like Cooper's sounds!

Korey yodels and occasionally howls... and whenever I come home she makes noises that sound like "hello" "how are you" and "where were you". XD She even said "I love you" this morning... Lol.

One time, when she was a puppy, I was doing something without paying attention to her. She yodeled, trying to get my attention. I laughed and went back to what I was doing earlier. Then she made the same noise again with more emphasis on it... it was hilarious.

Harley does the AROO yodeling...and Bruce does this bark/whine that's so annoying its cute! Harley will also imitate me when we are talking to her.

Alwyn has many strange vocals everyone else here has shared. Chewbacca is definitely a common one, variations of a wookie while yawning, yelps, low vibrations sounds, etc. Does anyone else's corgi make a bocking - like sound as if they were a chicken? It's hilarious! We will be in the kitchen and it's nearly as if we're on a farm.
