I have 2 repellent recipes,I think for mosquitos and 1 has soap in it and is a ground spray...the other is a body spray...I will try to find them! One of them also had mouthwash, I believe.

I had a neighbor that used soap and water to keep bugs off the lawn, but not sure of how many parts water to soap, anyone know? Anything envirnomentally friendly to keep weeds out of the grass and safe for dogs?

Thanks for the tip Jane! Let's see, should I get my son or my husband to try? Maybe I'll wait for the collarbone to heal (they are predicting at least 2 months YIKES! never get osteoporosis and have to take prednisone to live) I'll try it on my hand mirror, if I remember!

Thanks Hana for joining! You can follow me around...tha's just fine.

I have a very easy challenge for people to try! wash one mirror or window with straight peroxide on a rag and let me know if it isn't the easiest least streaking product you have tried. I have found it works great for car windows also. Please post any quick tips with eco friendly cleaners!

Currently using Bio-Ox to spot clean up after Lucky. It is biodegradable, "good for the environment" I hope ok for the septic, but I am not putting it down other than what spills when I dillute it. Will need to have someone (hopefully a friend) come in to shampoo the carpets soon. Anyone know of a good carpet shampoo?
