Date- July 14th, time was 10:00pm. We arrived at the drive in with our one month old son in his carseat.....myself and my husband in our robes (Me- Gryffindor; Carlos- Slytherin). Positioned our vehicle in front, center of the screen and await the other moving playing to end.
12:01 am-As soon as the movie started, I was crying (post-partem is a mofo!) holding my wand in hand with my scar drawn on my forehead, wearing my collared Gryffindor shirt and wearing a time turner. I cried at least 6-8 times during the movie. Loved it soo much (and trying to hold on to the last bit of an AMAZING LIFE CHANGING phenomenon that has been a part of my life for the last 12+ years) that we saw it again that Sunday at the drive in. Hee hee. We plan to go again VERY soon. Drive in was an awesome option considering we have a newborn!!
Since then I have been on a Harry Potter marathon mode. :D When we have our son doing "tummy time" in his Boppy pillow, he will turn his head to watch Harry. ALSO!!- I have this Harry Potter figurine/toy that is attached to the ceiling above his crib that FLIES in a circle!!! Our son loves to watch it go round and round!
So.....is everyone surviving the end of the line? My daughter is especially sad. She made us stay at the movie until "the screen is black". The movie was GREAT, but I'm too old, seeing it at 1am (basically) means that I'll need to see it again!
