We are going to Bill Archer today! We are shooting to get there between 4:30 and 5:00 pm if anyone wants to meet us. We are really trying to socialize Penny and she's been doing good with my parents' dogs, who she used to be terrified of. So we're going to see if she'll run around and maybe swim some laps. And maybe make some friends.

I tried their baked goods at the dog show... myself. They made a good breakfast.

I believe there are also recipes online so you can make a cake yourself. I've never made one though. For Penny's birthday we let her pick out some rawhides and toys at Petco.

Hi all!

Mister Jack's birthday is coming up soon, April. 24th, and I was wondering if anyone knew of a place where I could get a doggy cake for him. I don;t want to just feed him a people cake, it's probably bad for him, so I was thinking of a doggy cake. Any suggestions would be great! :)

I walked Penny to the Baytown Bark Park site from my parents' house and it's coming along nicely. They have the fencing, pathways, trees, entrance and sign in place. It looks like the water lines have been buried, but the water fountain isn't there yet. They also need to put in a bridge over the drainage ditch so that you can get to the park from the parking lot. Penny is mucho excited.

We went to Paws in the Park on Saturday afternoon. We saw some other corgis and of course Penny didn't want to be social. Sorry bout that guys! Here are some pictures my husband took. http://www.brettrichardson.net/PawsinthePark/

I made it out to Paws in the park today, but it was too cold for me to tolerate it for longer than a few minutes. We went at the start. We may be there tomorrow, though.

I'm not sure where. We're coming from Cypress and have never been to this park.
