Corgi's should as long as a tortoise or parrot! Sherri, I am so sorry for the position you are in. I agree that as hopeless Corgi lover, we all give our dogs a quality of life that is unsurpassed. Our thoughts are with you. Give Tucker a big smooch on the head. Bart & Gary

Thank you so much for all the support. I knew I could count on all my Corgi friends. Yes, this is a hard road to follow but it is a harder road for my beloved Tucker. Tucker seems to be alittle better today. I think all his meds are kicking in now. Tucker went pee Today Whoo Hooo !!!!!! I was so glad, it must have made him feel sooo much better. Well, time for more meds. More later, Sher & Tuck

I'm so sorry to hear of Tucker's diagnosis. Enjoy your time with him and try not to be saddened every time you look at him. You've given him a great life. Just be there for him and be glad he was a part of your life. I can not imagine what you are going through but you can count on much support from members on this site.

Hi ev1,
Well, we just got home and Tucker is still alittle groggy from his sedation. He could not walk from the car so of course I carried him in the house. News travels fast in the Veterinary world. When I got home there were 4 messages from Doctor friends that know and love Tucker. Having the Doctors is great, I can ask any question and get a straight answer... good or bad. Tucker is now sleeping off his sedation. I am coping for now but I cry every few minutes and especially when I look at my beloved boy. We have his RX and it is now time for his first dose of pain meds...more later, Sherri & Tucker

Hello everyone,
We just found out that our beloved Tucker has bladder cancer. Our Veterinarian has given his prognosis at under 3 months. I am crying so hard right now, I can hardly see. I just had to come on and get some support, I am beside myself.
Thank you, Sherri & Tucker
