So cute!! My Biscuit usually just likes to put her paws on the door and sniff the door; your Sophie has coloring on the back just like my Biscuit. She has a white "frill", but on her right side. However, her head is almost all red now. Technically she's a sable-headed tri, but it looks very red!! SO CUTE
Look who just got the marquee spot on the Daily Corgi facebook page! Go Bella! I'm a proud Mama :) Check it out: https://www.facebook.com/thedailycorgi ;
Hey Corgi friends please keep in mind that there is a chipin page (which is currently open) for the fundraiser as well as an online auction taking place in August.
Also please be aware that you don’t physically have to attend the physical event. You can accept the invite to the event and just participate on the on-line activities that are going on.
Besides everything we have going on we also have a raffle for a chance to win 1 out of 3 prizes.
-How do you enter the raffle? You can enter the raffle several ways…#1 By donating via chipin, for every $1 donated you receive 1 raffle ticket. #2By donating an item to the auction, for every item you donate to the auction you receive 25 raffle tickets. #3 By being an active reader, Evie could be clumsy at times and drop a ticket on your page. ;-)
This fundraiser will benefit CorgiAid,Corgipals and Kansas Corgi Connection. Please take the time to like Evie's page and read how CORGIAID and Kansas Corgi Connection saved her. http://www.facebook.com/CorgiSmiles

Hello there! - I am a 2nd time Corgi Mom, and both of them are precious Tri-Colors. I had my first Corgi, Tex, for almost 2 years before giving her up to my ex husband during our divorce. It's sad that the worst part of a lost marriage is missing your dog so much. She was very quiet indoors (aside from bits of talking and grumbling) but wasn't shy to carry full-on conversations with her next-door neighbor puppy. 4 years later, a new life, and a new, wonderful husband, we just welcomed Tobi to our home. He is 8 weeks old and quite the stinker already! He's found his voice, and certainly has found his chompers. Although he's friendly to everyone, he is certainly a Ladies Man. He'll chase any girl that gets in his sight and whine and protest when they have to leave. I'm blessed to be able to come and see the wonderful network of Corgi Moms and Dads. Getting any bit of advice for dogs in general just really don't apply when you own a Corgi. They aren't just a breed of their own, but almost like a species of their own too ... which makes it just that much more fun!
I had been absolutely dead-set on a red/white pembroke for years. We stumbled across a breeder near Joplin after the tornado last year that was practially giving a litter away, and we almost didn't even consider looking into them because the puppies were black tris and one red tri. My mom told me one of the girls had a blue eye and sent me photos, and even though Pippa was a black tri, instead of a red I fell in love! We actually ended up with all 3 siblings right there. My sister took the other black tri, who sadly passed away early on, and my dad took the red tri.
Not too long ago, a male black tri needing a home was brought to my attention, and I just knew I needed to get him! The poor guy was so used to being bullied by littermates that he would pee himself at the first sign of conflict. Dante has a back and leg problem from not being properly cared for as a puppy, too. It's only been a few weeks, but he's such a different dog already. He is outgoing and almost brave now! He is inseparable from Pippa, and loves it when we go visit her brother, Thumper.
I never knew that I would end up liking tri's this much! They are definitely my favorite :) They seem to be so much more boisterous (at least with our two). I wouldn't trade them for a pair of reds if my life depended on it. Even my cat is a tri-black, white, and brown, lol!
