yeah I find that our pembroke corgi's tail is much more expressive than the our cardigan corgi's tail!

Amos tells us a lot with his tail, as well. He can be sitting totally still but the tip of his tail will tell us his mood.

Sophie's tail reflects all of her moods - it is a major communication device between herself and the world around her - we love her tail!

I have been looking at breeders and I am actually having the hardest time finding an all natural corgi. I would either want one born without or non docked.

This is our dog Chase we used "http://www.bluebonnettlckennels.com/" The parents are Cowboy and Angel. Angela worked with us and left the tails on. We prepaid and it took 3-4 litters until we got what we wanted. They are in Texas and we would highly reccommend them.

When I got my Addy I didn't know there was such a thing as an undocked Pembroke. She was a rescue, and the shelter thought at the time that all Pembrokes were born with naturally short or docked tails, and that Addy was therefore a Cardigan. And I, being unresearched, believed them. WRONG!

I now know Addy is an undocked Pembroke, and her tail is such a huge part of her personality! She is the ONLY dog I have seen that can chase its tail and consistantly CATCH it. She chews and pulls on it like a toy. She's a nut!

But how I got an undocked Pembroke was quite by accident. She didn't come from reputable breeders - I guess they didn't even know to dock her. Finding a beeder that doesn't dock might be difficult, but maybe you could ask a breeder that normally does to leave one undocked for you? You might have to pay in advance if you do this. Or, like me, you could always look for puppies needing rescue.

I forgot to add a pic to my comment below. These are my three, little boys Riley, Oliver and Maxey. They kept their beautiful tails.
