"I'm so sorry to hear Teddy is no longer with you. He gained his wings and will now watch over you from Heaven. He gets to be with my precious baby, Noodles, who gained his wings this past New Years Eve. Hardest day of my life, but also the…"
"Thanks so much for the response; unfortunately Teddy Bear lost his battle on Sept 24th. He had three decent months, and we did have him on a completely raw diet, with immune boosting tinctures and homeopathic remedies. We elected to not…"
Sorry for the late response, I have not been on this sight in a few years. Yesterday I signed in out of the blue and saw your post, so sorry to hear about Teddy : ( It's tough seeing our furry friends getting older. I have a…"
Teddy Bear, our Pembroke Welsh. He just turned 14 in May, and started having some breathing issues. Rapid/shallow breaths even at complete rest. Up until this, he had been still playing fetch, eating like a horse and happy. Enlarged lymph nodes in neck and rear legs. Fine needle aspiration -- lymphoma.I can afford chemo, but I am not sure I want to put him through it. He is on Prednisone which seems to be helping -- but I realize this is a one or two month stop-gap at best.I'd love to try…See More
Married male...I love all animals and I see God's majesty in all His creation. His eye is on the sparrow, so I'm sure His eye is also on the Corgi He sent my way :-)
Welsh Corgi Breeder?
About My Corgi(s):
I love my dog...fluffy Teddy Bear, born May 20th 2005...he's my best non-human friend, and aside from my wife, my best overall friend. He can't speak but every day he tells me that he loves me. I'm 44 years old, he's my first dog. I had no idea how smart dogs were and how well they communicate. I also didn't realize the true meaning of unconditional love (other than God's love for us!), which I understand now thanks to Teddy Bear.

Hi Christopher, I'm a big fan of the song "His Eye Is On The Sparrow" Alabama sings a beautiful version of it. My two are my first dogs ever so I can completely relate. I also think it's very interesting that God spelled backward is Dog!!!!
that's good to hear. slow and steady is the name of the game. we have the same sort of challenge with soffie recouperating from her torn ligament. as soon as we give her a little too much freedom, she tries to run and pulls up limping.
