Any information we can pull together to see who is successfully herding with corgis. It isn't easy, but some people are doing it. Who are they and how might they assist us?…Continue

We'll be heading to the coast on Sunday for a few days, but up north instead of down your way.We like to go up to gualala to the redwood area on the river. We hope to get down your area the end of June. Our friends, which are also Our Daughter's in-laws,the wife shares My birthday,so We try to celebrate sometime together.Your Ranger is a doll!About the herding,up in Our area, there are no facilities in Our county, but next door Sonoma has several. No herding for Us though with Merlins double ccl surgeries.Aolot of folks start their corgis out on geese or ducks.Take care :)
It's supposed to rain this weekend on and off but we will most likely still go unless it's pouring down. Bella really gets excited about being there. Lots of good dog fun. It will be great to have a corgi-thon.I'm going to add some more photos of Bella too.
Last Saturday, a man at Its told me that Bella is not full corgi, yet I got her from a woman in Capitola who breeds them in Watsonville. Bella has a brother some place local too though they haven't met. We just saw another relative of hers in Capitola named Cowgirl this past Sunday.
We go to Its in the morning on Saturdays during the FOLF (friends of lighthouse field) activity (time) which is 8:30am until 10 (give or take). They have coffee and donuts and dog water ;-). There are usually a couple of other corgis there too.
Bella was born May 8th, 2010. Bella weighs about 23lbs, is very sweet but very feisty. She definitely gives me a run for my money. But I love her very much. I'm lucky she gets to come to work with me. She's sleeping behind my chair.
