Errrgh. So Rex is experiencing his first bout of back pain. I knew this day would come, but I was hoping not so soon! He's almost 7. I got a new bed and it's higher up, and he's just jumping on and off it constantly. He has a step that he uses to go up, but not on the way down. So he might just have to be crated at night, which really sucks. He doesn't understand why he has to be in a crate at night all of a sudden. I didn't realize how much jumping he…

It's my 3 1/2 day of having Rex, and he's so good natured! I brought him to work meeting today (I work at a vet) and he was good with all the animals that sniffed him out today. Cats, dogs, and a tortoise! He wasn't quite sure what to think of the turtle!
What a joy it is to have a dog that doesn't have so many problems! I loved Conan, but he brought a lot of stress in our life at times with the barking and biting.
Now I get to do all the stuff I missed out…
