About Me:: I have been married to a coach/PE teacher for 35 years. I teach kids with severe disabilities. We have a lovely, brilliant daughter, an African Grey parrot and 2 corgis.

About My Corgi(s):: My corgis are male,litter mates from Mt Pleasant, Utah. They are tri-color, one big, one lean. We named them after the Hobbits; Samwise Gamgee and Perigrin Pippin because they have large ears, short legs and are very loyal companions....and enchanted! My corgis love to play, hike, walk, and swim!

I like to say hobbit names are perfect for corgis because they are short mischievous thieves with huge appetites! ("what about second breakfast?"). Sidney came to us already named, but if I ever get to name my own corgi, it'll either be Samwise or Frodo, LOL.

Sidney does not care to swim but loves to hike. Those stumpy little legs are mighty!
