Korey's ears still won't stand up...

...And she's 2 years old. I read something about ear taping, but it says you have to do it with a young puppy. Am I still able to tape her ears, or are they doomed to stay halfway there forever?

About My Corgi(s):: Korey is the greatest dog ever. :D
She's a female tricolour Pembroke corgi whose favourite things are food and her Foxie (toy fox that came without stuffing... actually, she's on her 3rd of 4th Foxie now because she's massacred all the others XD). I've had her for almost 2 1/2 since she was a 9-week-old puppy... I got her from a breeder who is no longer breeding dogs. Korey is named after one of my favourite guitarists, Korey Cooper from Skillet!
